Dr. Douglas Rittmann began his consultant work after 31 years experience in various water and wastewater positions as: Water and Wastewater Chemist for 10 years, USEPA Wastewater Operator Instructor for 1 year, Water Plant Superintendent for 2 years, Water Supply Manager for 8 years, and Water Division Manager for 10 years.
