Dr. Doug Rittmann, Water Treatment Speaker
Dr. Doug Rittmann's expertise in water and wastewater treatment has resulted in many requests for him to speak at 1).training workshops throughout the US, Brazil, Egypt and Italy; 2). State, National and International Conventions; 3). Symposiums as an expert on water and wastewater treatment issues. While serving as Division Manager for the El Paso Water Utilities, he was the public spokesman for water issues and made regular presentations to local organizations in El Paso, Texas.
